QUALITIES NEEDED:

Bilingual - Spanish, English
Great follow-up, personal responsibility, honesty and desire to succeed/do well in life
Desire to talk to others and help them through providing/selling auto, home and life insurance policies
Likeable personality but also able to get to the point
Have insurance licenses or willing to get them ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
I've been a State Farm agent for five years and before that ran non-for-profits for 28 years. I love sports and enjoy my job. I have 2 grown kids and a hypoallergenic dog who frequents the office. I look forward to talking to you.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
