ABOUT MY COMPANY AND OVERVIEW OF THIS PART-TIME POSITION
I've been a State Farm agent for five years and before that ran non-for-profits for 28 years. I love sports and enjoy my job. I have 2 grown kids and a hypoallergenic dog who frequents the office. I foster an aspirational, responsible, supportive work environment. I'm looking for someone to ease the overall workload. This is a part-time position. Being licensed or willing to get licensed is a must. Bilignual - Spanish-English would be a bonus. Looking for someone who is conscientious and wants to do a good job. Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property and Casualty license (have or must be able to obtain)

- Great follow-up, personal responsibility, honesty and desire to succeed/do well in life
- Desire to talk to others and help them through providing/selling auto, home and life insurance policies
- Likeable personality but also able to get to the point
